MOVE-IN

• Proof of Renters Insurance (Lakewood Manor Apartment Homes must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy. 
• Proof of utility transfer
• Cashier’s Check or Money Order
• Vehicle Registration
• Photograph of Your Pet for Your File
• Proof of Current Pet Vaccinations and City Animal License
