Rancho Los Cerritos
Rancho Los Cerritos is located on the ancestral and current land of the Tongva/Gabrielino people. The garden is open on Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please make a reservation to visit on the mobile app or online visitor portal . Reservations are free and good for groups of up to six people. If you would like to visit with a group of 12 or more people, please email a coordinator at JGcoordinators@csulb.edu a week in advance to obtain approval. Also, keep in mind that if you’d like to feed the koi, you must make an additional reservation.
Hillcrest Park
Opened in 1922, Hillcrest Park is the oldest park in the city of Fullerton. The park offers 37.8 acres of beautiful views, mature trees, large picnic areas, stone steps, and renovations. For example, the 1920s-era Works Progress Administration (WPA) historic fountain was completed in 2018, offering a gorgeous backdrop for your photos. Similarly, the Hillcrest Stairs is a famous area of the park that features large timber stairs leading to Lions Field.
Hillcrest Park is open every day from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., giving visitors plenty of time to strike a pose in front of stunning backdrops. Enjoy open parking, barbecues, playgrounds, recreation centers and trails, picnic tables, and more while you take photos.
